Yes, a Sales Invoice can be created without any work-order for the patient. For example if you want to charge the customer for any cleanser for lenses or may be charge a patient for a check-up only, which doesn't require any work-order, you can still create sales invoices for the services/products.

To reschedule your current appointment, please follow these steps:

  1. Select the appointment from the calendar
  2. Right-click on it and select “Edit”
  3. Choose new date and time
  4. Save.

You have successfully updated your appointment.

Unit price/quantity of an item cannot be edited in sales invoice directly however you can edit the unit price/quantity through work order only.
