Our Examination feature centralizes all clinical assessment activities; from patient history and pre-testing to final prescriptions and recommendations. It enables optometrists to work with standardized templates, reduce manual entry, and access relevant patient information in real time.

New Examination Workflow

To create a new Examination for a selected patient go to patient’s profile

Step 1: On the Left panel click “Patients”

Step 2: On patient’s profile click on “Examinations” tab

Step 3: Click on “New”, to register the examination details on the examination window

(i)If the Doctor is already assigned to patient, Doctor’s name will auto populate in patients record

(ii)You can also select the Doctor from the list of doctors or you can click on “+” to Add a new doctor

Step 4: Click “Save” once complete examination is entered.
